Production Area Progress

This shows the primary fermentation tank in place. It's a 1100 liter tank - that's about 290 gallons!! On it's pallet, it stands just over Becky's head (5'5"). The chiller is in place next to it and on the left, is one of the 4 secondary tanks.

The tanks have been moved in and Ben is setting up the chiller. Hoses connect the chiller to the primary fermenter to control the temperature of the must as the fermentation takes place.

After much blood, sweat and tears, the Production Room floor is finally finished! 4/3/10
