Mead Classes at Rockingham Community College
We are so excited to be able to share what we know about mead making with, well, anyone who will listen! Now it turns out that the Rockingham Community College thinks it's a great idea for a continuing education class! Ben and Becky will be teaching two classes in the spring:
Beginning Mead Making - 3/17 or 4/28
Starting Your own Winery, Brewery, or Meadery - What You Need to Know - 2/25

Mead Tasting at City Beverage, Winston-Salem- Saturday, March 3, 12-4pm
Come on out to City Beverage, say Hi to Jenn, and sample Starrlight Meads!
Mead Tasting at Spa at Bell House, Pittsboro - Saturday, March 10, 3-5pm
We'll be teaming up with the experts of Spa at Bell House to pamper you into sweet bliss! Starrlight Mead will be offering tastings of our meads to guests as they enjoy the many services offered. Glasses or bottles of mead will be available for purchase. Visit their website to view the variety of luscious services available!
Mead-ieval Day - Saturday, March 17th
The lovely Mead Wenches have decided that St. Patrick's Day is as good an excuse as any to Drink Mead! Show up in costume, and your tasting is free! (Sorry, a "Kiss me I'm Irish" t-shirt is not good enough! You have to at least put on a green wig!)
Rumor has it that Thunder and Spice will be stopping by for a song or two and a wee sip of Mead around 5pm on their way to City Tap (7-9pm) and Davenport & Winkleperry's (9-11pm) that evening!
The Festival of Legends, Storybook Farm, Chapel Hill - Saturday and Sunday, April 21-22
Starrlight Mead is a sponsor of North Carolina's newest fantasy faire! Come frolic with all manner of creatures mythical and enjoy fine Meads and beer while a host of extraordinary entertainers performs on our stages; peruse unique artist's creations and dance to the the tune of tribal drums! 10am - 6pm each day! Adults $12, children 12 and under $6, under 3 free! Check out the details here!
