Mead Classes at Rockingham Community College

We are so excited to be able to share what we know about mead making with, well, anyone who will listen! Now it turns out that the Rockingham Community College thinks it's a great idea for a continuing education class! Ben and Becky will be teaching two classes in the spring:
Beginning Mead Making - 3/17 or 4/28
Starting Your own Winery, Brewery, or Meadery - What You Need to Know - 2/25

Science of Wine - Museum of Life and Science, Durham - Thursday, February 9, 6-9pm

Join us again at the Museum of Life and Science in Durham for Museum After Hours event, a fun evening event featuring wine tasting and wine experments. Mead with your Honey - Saturday, February 11, 12-6pm

Join your favorite sweetheart Mead Wenches to celebrate a day of love! (You know you can't resist!)
Red Light Chocolates will be here from noon until 4 pm with their luscious chocolates, including a special 4 piece Chocolate Heart Assortment, that features the Starrlight Mead Blackberry Chocolate! Yum! Visit the Red Light Chocolates website to check out all the goodies!

On hand to "strike" up a romantic note, the talented L.M. Kirwan playing the hammered dulcimer for us from 1-4 pm. Grab a glass of mead and stay awhile to listen to this amazing artist!

Your choice of a bottle of delicious Starrlight Mead and the special 4 piece Chocolate Heart Assortment all dressed up for the occasion in a beautiful red bag! Mead Tasting at Spa at Bell House, Pittsboro - Saturday, March 10, 3-5pm

We'll be teaming up with the experts of Spa at Bell House to pamper you into sweet bliss! Starrlight Mead will be offering tastings of our meads to guests as they enjoy the many services offered. Glasses or bottles of mead will be available for purchase. Visit their website to view the variety of luscious services available!
