Join us for a screening of WRAL's 20-minute documentary, Forever Chemicals: North Carolina's Toxic Tap Water at Starrlight Mead on Wednesday, July 31st at 6pm. The documentary explores the damage caused by massive amounts of toxic chemicals called forever chemicals (or PFAS) being dumped into the Cape Fear River for decades.
Following the screening, we will hear from Haw Riverkeeper, Emily Sutton, about how forever chemicals impact communities in our state.
