Intermediate Home Mead Making Class - Oaking, Additives and other Fun Stuff

In this intermediate class, we’ll talk about various additives and when to use or not use them. You will learn about various methods to oak meads and the difference between French and American oak and sample meads aged with chips from each of these different types. You will learn about different acids and when acid additions may be necessary. Class includes mead tasting with various oak, tannin, and additives.

$50/single, $75 couple. All class participants MUST be over 21! No exceptions. Sign up by Oct 30.
