Join us for an evening to remember celebrating good food, good mead, and good company!
We are hosting what we hope is the first of many pairing dinners in the Mead Hall. Our friends at Copeland Springs Farm and Kitchen and Lilly Den Farms will be providing fantastic dishes sure to tickle your taste buds, especially when enjoyed paired with our meads.
You’ll be greeted with hors d'oeuvres featuring seasonal fruit and vegetables and a glass of Off-Dry Traditional, Nordic Blend, or Semi-Sweet Traditional. Once seated, you’ll enjoy a ginger and carrot salad topped with marinated chicken paired with our Ginger or Off-Dry Apricot. An entrée of braised short ribs, lemon thyme roasted new potatoes, and creamy garlic cabbage follows paired with Off-Dry Blueberry or Honeyed Blueberry. A dessert course will complete the evening, paired with our newest Reserve Mead, Ebling.

Guests are asked to arrive at 6:30 and enjoy hors d’oeuvres. The seated portion of the dinner will begin at 7:00.
