We are hosting what we hope is the first of many pairing dinners in the Mead Hall. Our friends at Copeland Springs Farm and Kitchen and Lilly Den Farms will be providing fantastic dishes sure to tickle your taste buds, especially when enjoyed paired with our meads. This dinner is sold out!

In cooperation with the Chatham County Beekeepers Association and NC State Extension, come out and enjoy learning about pollinators and their roll in the garden. Tours, demos, kids activities, and more! Family Friendly!

On the first Sunday in April, we are pouring a free sample of a mead from another meadery! This Sunday, we're not fooling - we'll be pouring a stashed bottle from our "Great Meadaversary Tour" last April, Favorite Child from The Colony Meadery in Allentown, PA. Favorite Child is a tasty mead with honey, raspberries and smoky, spicy chipotle peppers!
The celebration starts the holiday season in Pittsboro. Hillsboro Street will make way for an old-fashioned Christmas celebration featuring school choirs, carolers, Santa Claus, hot cocoa, shopping, and more. The festivities will culminate with the lighting of an 20-foot Christmas tree in front of the historic Chatham County Courthouse.
The show will be a great opportunity to enjoy the very best this area has to offer in shopping, fashion, food, entertainment, cosmetics and more. And Mead, of course! Join us!
